Anyone having trouble accessing files and Dropbox is saying to sign in while you are already signed in??

Hey @AI11, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you clarify if you're getting this error on your mobile app, the desktop app or maybe the website?

 

If it's the latter, could you try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser?

 

If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
