any ideas how to re-open an account with an email I no longer have access to?  Changed employers....ugh

Hey @evelynthompsonsmith, sorry to hear about this.

 

I'm afraid that without access to the email address that's associated with the account in question, there's little we can do.

 

You can start by taking a look at this Help Center article.  

 

Also note that if you haven't logged in for years, it's probably closed due to inactivity by now.
