Change Account Owner of Dropbox Business Account

I've started with a new company and the prior owner of the Dropbox Business Account are no longer with the company.  How do I change the account ownership from them to my email, without losing any of the documents?

Are you also a team admin on the Dropbox Business team? Do you have access to their email address?
