Dropbox forums issue

Dropbox forums issue

Ever since I made my first post and tried to reply, I often get this message:

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/auth/dropboxsso
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

I'm on Mac, firefox. trying other browsers but this is really frustrating. I can't reply to my own request when people put more info/questions for me. The past couple of days it was solved by refreshing the page but no luck today.

Hey @kw9! Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you still facing the same issue? And if so, can you please try opening an incognito window on your browser and let me know if the same thing is happening there, as well?

Don’t hesitate to send over a screenshot of the error you’re receiving, and I’ll take a closer look.

Keep me posted.
