Receiving a bounce back notification that a client is unable to receive the communication but have verified email address is correct.
Our email notification to about bounced back. This can happen if the email address is spelled incorrectly, doesn't exist, the recipient\'s inbox is full, or their email server is temporarily unavailable, overloaded, or couldn't be found.

Was this bounce back email sent to you after you shared a folder with this person? What was the communication about?
Has your client checked the other reasons why this might have happened?
And have you tried again since?

it was sent though dropbox sign, email is correct
