Hello, Why would these 3 people be listed as Contacts for my Account? Also why does it show that they viewed my recently downloaded Tax Returns that I shared to my Tax Accountant?

Hey @gpete1977, sorry to jump in here, but I just want to mention that these names are not real people or accounts whatsoever. They show up the first time you navigate to the DocSend page.
They act like placeholders of real people (as an example) if you were to use DocSend to send a doc of yours for collaboration via DocSend.
This is also why their email addresses aren't working.
I hope this helps clarify matters and please let us know if you have any follow up questions.

Are you referring to the manually added contacts in your account settings?
If so, you can clear them, by following the steps here.
As for why they viewed your downloaded Tax returns, would you mind giving us more info or a screenshot of where you saw that?
Just make sure not to include any personal info on the screenshot.

I received an Sample? email from Dropbox listing this person as a Contact that viewed my Tax Downloads. Also it shows him, and 2 others from Hanford Inc viewed the File. They are the only 3 people listed in my Dropbox Contacts and it shows all 3 viewed my Files. I did not put those people in my Contacts.

Not that I can recall. I also tried a little bit ago to email them at their emails listed and got this:

Here is the email from Dropbox, but I do not understand why 3 people from the same company was listed in my Dropbox Contact were listed as having viewed my Uploads.

Hi @gpete1977, how exactly did you share your tax returns to your accountant?
Was it through a shared link, shared folder, or a different way? Feel free to clarify.
Also, what is the Dropbox plan you're using?

Good Morning Megan,
Thank you for helping me. Well the first time I tried to accept transfer my Tax Files to my Accountant she did not get them. So she resent a Link and it worked. I just have a free Account currently. Is there anyway that you can please look at my account to see where what happened?
The 3 People that were listed in my Dropbox Account, and that I included above, are no longer listed.
I really need to have this possibly investigated by someone as there was a ton of Sensitive info in my 3 previous Tax Returns.
