After uninstall, and remove all Dropbox folders, space is not freed up on HD

Hello,  I am hoping someone else can help with this. I've spent all day on chat support, and no help!

After a long process, of trying to troubleshoot a problem with syncing, I was guided to remove my dropbox Folder from my HD and start fresh. I removed everything, including the hidden folders in ~/user/Library/ApplicationSupport

After this, have restarted several times. The 132GB that was previously being used by Dropbox is still not freed up on my HD. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Thank you!

Hi @TeoCampo, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you certain that the space taken up is being used by the Dropbox desktop application or the Dropbox folder?

Have you tried rebooting your device to see if this helps?

Keep me posted!
