Help! I have a free Dropbox account. I have 1 file less than 1MB in size. Dropbox keeps telling me I'm over the 2GB max and that I should upgrade for my files to sync. I've checked my desktop app and online. There are no other files. I tried to contact support. I'm told because I have a free account, I need to find help here. Then they closed my ticket. I have 1 small file! Anyone else have this problem? If you found a solution, please share.

Hi @lorielc, sorry to hear about that!

In regards to the notifications that you mentioned, could you clarify where do you see them? Is it in email notifications, in the app or website?

Also, are they notifications about possibly upgrading your account to a different plan? Can you check your plan page, and let me know what it reports there?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
