Hard drive full of system data on macOS, how can I change it?
Dropbox eats up computer memory in the form of system data, although all folders are not set to "offline available", but can only be viewed online. How do I fix the problem?

1 year agoJust to clarify, are you trying to reply to the ticket directly via your email address, and you receive this error? Can you send me a screenshot of what you see perhaps?
I'd like to have a visual and guide you from there.

No I went on the link that was sent to me, I could see the whole chat I had, and someone named Daniel I think, responded (looked like this forum here) and I could respond, and I did but now that's what I see :

Thanks for the screenshot! When logging the ticket, you shouldâve inserted an email address, as well. Please check the inbox of that email address, and reply back to our agent from there.
