Upgraded to Family but not seeing the additional storage space

I paid today for an extension to Family, because I runned out of space . But the extension is not visible (yet). What can I do ? How long do I have to wait?

Hey @Freek1, sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

 

Can you please let us know if you upgraded the account through our website directly or if it was via the app  store on a mobile device?

 

If it's the former, can you try finding the email address that's associated with the charge for your upgrade by using our look-up tool and confirm that it's an exact match with the one you see in your account's settings online?

Thank you for bothering. I paid by choosing the right (Family) plan when I was logged in my dropbox. Then I came in a payment screen. Here I choosed payment through Ideal

 

This is registrated in my bank account : hope you understand the Dutch words. Dropbox has a Dutch bank account as you can see: {removed per the Community's Guidelines]
