Why do I get this message/advert about my space being almost full?

I keep getting notifications from Dbox about my storage space is almost full and I might soon lose control of it an yadayada yada....

As I can see there are no way to post screenshot ,  I just write my storage situation here:

Big Heading: "Your account is running out of storage!"

Basic sub:

0,38GB / 2GB used.

Since when 0,38/2 GB is running out?  What the heck? These dudes don't own a car or know how to plan refuels or recharges for them. Or plan anything else even little more complicated. If this is too difficult to comprehend. Use some COMMON SENSE! I am considering abandoning DB for this misleading advertizement.

Hey @k_n - thanks for flagging this with us.

If you'd like to attach a screenshot in your reply, you can use the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply's box.

That said, could you clarify how much quota you're using according to your plan tab? Also, how often are you getting this email and when is the last time you received it?

The quota notification should only be sent if the account is close to reaching its maximum quota, and not if it's half full.

In any case, please keep us posted.
