Can't download RAR file from a link because of an unknown error

so my friend gave me dropbox link with RAR file but i cant download it because of the unknown error 

what i need to do?

help me please

    How large is the file you're trying to download?

     

    If you open the link using a different browser, are you able to successfully download the content?

     

    Let me know and we'll go from there.
