Downloading all auto upload photos

Help. I feel like I'm being held hostage. Cannot download all.photos from the automatic photos upload folder, it's impossible to select all of them (forces me to check them year by year or month by month ) and even once I do that, simply doesn't download and keeps giving me errors. Also unable to copy them to one of the regular file folders. All of this is on web because on the desktop app I don't see the photos at all even though it says it's fully synced. Dropbox support is not available all weekend and my files are at risk of being deleted since im noy renewing my subscription.
Help please.

Your files are not at risk. They won't be deleted, even if you're over your storage quota after cancelling. The only time Dropbox would delete your files is if your account was idle for more than a year, in which case the entire account would be deleted.

Hey @Avibar, sorry to see you're having trouble.

I understand you're not able to download your photos from our website and the desktop app on your computer isn't up to date with your account online.

Regarding the download issue, are you trying to download the photos directly from the camera uploads folder, or from the Photos tab?

And what's the error message that you're getting?

As for your desktop app, can you please hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar and let us know the version of the app?

Also, what's your computer's OS and version?

Thanks!
