Impossible for the "Camera Upload" feature to also include Apple iOS "Live Photos?"

Impossible for the "Camera Upload" feature to also include Apple iOS "Live Photos?"

Hello!

I recently discovered that none of my synced iOS (iPhone) photos include the LIVE PHOTO (the animation / little video associated with a photo).

(I am using Dropbox as a way to transfer photos from iPhone --> Mac wirelessly.)

This is really unfortunate, as I've lost about 6 months of live photos as a result.

It appears that Dropbox Camera Upload specifically does *not* sync the live photo component of iOS photos, and silently drops / doesn't sync the live photo.

I would love to be wrong about this, but as far as I can tell, the only way to sync live photos is to either connect your iPhone to your Mac with a USB cable, or to pay Apple for iCloud.

This is correct I'm afraid. I believe its because Apple hasnt released the API to do so.
