Issue with Vids on Mobile Dropbox

Issue with Vids on Mobile Dropbox

I uploaded 9 videos. When i view the videos on my desktop, all is good. However, when i view them on my Z Fold 4 samsung phone, the video starts, then cuts in half with a stationary pic up top and the video playing below, but cropped. How can i fix this?

Hey @ChrisCr, sorry to hear about this.

Can you please clear the mobile app's cache and let us know if you notice any difference?

Are you able to preview this file normally on the website by the way?

Keep mus posted!

Thanks for your response Walter. Yes, that's the first thing I did, cleared cache on the app. It didn’t help. When viewing my vids on my desktop through the website, vids work perfect. It's only when I try on my phone, the vid splits where the top is a still pic of the vids beginning while the bottom half is a running half cropped vid.

And does this happen with only a particular file or all of your video files @ChrisCr?

Could you maybe send us a screenshot of how it looks on your end?
