When I am trying to view images stored in Dropbox from an iPhone, images that used to appear immediately. However now it require more than one second to load. This is very stressful for me, when I want to see more than 100 images in the short time. Already I have restarted my iPhone. I have also deleted the Dropbox app once and re-downloading it, but no change. Storage is used 31% of 2 TB.

What do you think is the problem? What do you think would make it possible to use the application as before without any problems?

Hey @Gosia910, thanks for reaching out to our Community today!

I just tested this on my end and it works fine for me.

Can you please open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'clear cache' and restart the app to see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes.
