Not syncing changes in a shared folder properly.

Not syncing changes in a shared folder properly.

I shared a Dropbox account with three others. We could all see the files when one of us changed something.

I recently switched to a new MacBook and synching has stopped working. I can see all the files that were there before that date. But when I make changes, only I can see them; when the other three make changes, only they can see them.

How can I fix this?

Hi @Befuddled2, let's see what we can find about this!

When you say that you shared a Dropbox account, do you mean that you all shared an individual account, and used the same credentials to sign in or something different?

Could you clarify the OS on your new MacBook, along with the app's version, and syncing status at the moment?

Also, if you follow your account online, are you able to see the changes there?

Let me know more!
