I have had a 1 in a red circle on my Dropbox icon (MacOS Catalina, DB 107.4.443) for at least a week now. I have no Notifications (the notifications tab in the dropdown from that icon says "All quiet". I've tried restarting Dropbox, to no effect. What next?
I did that; the checkmarks are all green where they are supposed to be, and in the dropdown from the icon as well, which reports up to date. But (I know this is hard to believe) I once again have a notification red dot on the icon, and no notifications. I am running 108.4.453, Mac OS Catalina.
I'll have to admit; this is rather strange @Roger L.2.
If this persists after rebooting your computer, I'd like to look into this with device specific information.
Just let me know if it would be alright to use the email address that's connected to your Community's profile to create a ticket for you.
