Reorganized my Dropbox folders in a PC computer but I work from a Mac. Files won't open in Mac

I reorganized my Dropbox which I work from my Mac computer. I reorganized using my wife's PC.

Now that I need to open files on my Mac, they are not in my local folder. I see the folders, the file names but 0 bytes.

I went to Finder to try to bring them in through there and make them offline but not all the elements of the file are downloading.

For example, the logo of a quote master file will not download.

When you say you reorganized, using your wife's PC, could you please walk me through the steps that you followed? 

Are these files located inside your Dropbox folder, by any chance? Also, let me know if you get any specific errors when you try to download the content.
