How to fix this?

It needs downloading and opening in Excel on a computer I'm afraid.

That is a restriction from Microsoft (as its via Excel).

Sorry to hear about this Joshua ( @JoshuaVance) - is this error coming from Dropbox? Have you tried contacting Microsoft directly?
