Sudden change of downloading files name format

Why is that the pictures i have in my celular have begun to dowload with the format 2023-01-03 19.08.36 for example and in the middle of the download have changed to IMG_20221224_113236 ?

Hi @Anacardu, welcome to our Community! 

It sounds like you're using our mobile app, since you mentioned you're using cellular. Are you referring to manual uploads, or camera uploads by any chance? 

Also, could you send me a couple of screenshots of the behavior you mentioned, so I can have visual too?

May be because the ones with the first format come from the camera and the rest come from other aplication??

Hi @Anacardu, the images from the camera upload feature would be titled like 2023-02-08 etc.jpg, and for the other images, most likely they were uploaded manually from your device. 

These could be images from another app or service such as Whatsapp or another social network.

And do you know if pictures that have been downloaded from the android mobile to dropbox and already have been erased from all devices in which I have dropbox because they were with less pixels than in the original,  could be downloaded again with the format 2023-01-03 19.08.36?

The automatic camera upload images (2023-01-03 19.08.36 etc) should have the same resolution as the original image uploaded from your phone. 

You can easily download the images to your phone if you wish, and they'll keep that number format, unless you choose to change it during the download.

What I want is to upload from the phone to the computer or to camara uploads dropbox, and I've tried to do it but when I do it I select the pictures I want to upload, and  they upload with the format  IMG_20221224_113236 not the desired 2023-01-03 19.08.36

Do the manual uploads upload the piuctures in different format than camara uploads? could be changed or configured to upload manual uploads the way it does camara uploads? ie 2023-01-03 19.08.36?
