Why can't I download more than 10 images at a time?

It would be great if I could download more than 10 pictures at a time. I’m trying to get my information off this terrible platform and it’s fighting me every step. Downloads and exports stop randomly even with strong WiFi signal. I get different error messages every time. Give me my stuff!!! I hope whoever reads this does not put their information on this platform. Here are the labels it didn’t let me use for this post

Could you clarify what error you're getting exactly?

Are you trying to download files via the Dropbox site, or the mobile app?
