Recently switched to Plus Annual, but something messed up, and now I am back on Basic, but with Annual fee gone. I was on Plus, paying monthly. Switched to Annual, but now get the Unable to upgrade message. I never logged into the Dropbox with another account. Paid via apple store. Billing Management page is empty now. I have Order ID, Receipt and screenshots from apple device, ready to share privately. Would like to keep the Plus subscription. I've been using Dropbox on different MacOS machine for many years (iMac and MacBook Air). One iMac (Sequoia OS) and one MacBook Air(Mojave OS) both run fine with dropbox version 237.4.5655 perfectly (desktop application launch, syncing...). Another iMac (Mojave OS) has also been running fine for years with dropbox version 194.4.6267 but suddenly will not launch the application since a few days now. Dropbox's added dropdown menu options (like “Copy Dropbox link…” and “make online only” etc.) that show via right-click on Mac Finder window are suddenly absent. May this have anything to do with recently having unlinked and re-linked my Dropbox? I did a re-link two weeks ago per a DropBox Tech's suggestion, troubleshooting a different issue. Now I have two different Dropbox accounts. The new dropbox is visible in my Finder, the old one’s in ~/Library/Cloud Storage. Can I just delete that old one? Dropbox had to explicitly deny iPadOS app from installation on AVP as iPadOS apps are compatible and enabled by default. More than a year later and Dropbox still continues to keep the app blocked. At this point I will have to look at migrating to a different vendor for my cloud storage. I have a 2015 MacBook Pro with Mojave os 10.14.6 and I am not able because of another program to update my operating system. It is not clear to me what I will lose in October. I just use dropbox to back up files... excel, word, Quicken... I have the dropbox icon on my dock and am able to open these files. When I change something in a file, it syncs across all my devices. I also have a MacBook Air with a newer OS but I only use that compter for doing taxes. I use Quicken 2007 and have to keep Mojave 10.14.6 to keep using my Quicken. When my old MacBook Pro crashed, I didn't lose anything in dropbox. At the bottom of the dropdown window from the menu bar is a message stating, translating from Italian, "reconnection in progress. this could take...".
