Since i have ended my trial for essential. Now i am using the Basic Dropbox version, i observed that in manage account section when i check the billing information for my account i see my credit card information is saved. I want to remove this credit card information , but i do not see any buttons or option to remove my credit card. It would be great if you actually had a phone number and took Customer Service seriously. My company just refused to use them, 25 to 30 users with their own unique IDs and we were going pay for all of them, but I had a billing issue with mine and I told them that I couldnât even get anyone to call me no matter how many times I asked. Morning, I just received two email stating I upgraded to the essentials plan, I was on basic and am guessing this was a trial period upgrade. I have sent an email requesting cancellation of the upgrade with refund through PayPal. I am from Australia if that helps, is this the correct process or is there something else to do? Iâm disappointed to have to post here, but I was directed by Dropbox to âlodge a complaintâ in this forum. To give you some context, Iâm trying to address a charge on my credit card that Dropbox processed without my authorization. Initially, I followed the link from my banking app to report this issue, but I encountered an error stating that I hadn't entered the last four digits of my credit card, despite checking everything repeatedly. I then used the chat support and spoke with John in sales, who told me I would need to submit a request to billing, which requires an email address linked to the account. The issue is, I don't have access to that email. When I asked if there was a phone number I could call to resolve this, Johnâs suggestion was I pay for a subscription to Dropbox so I could access customer support. It seems pretty ironic to have to pay for a service to resolve a charge for something I didnât even want in the first place. After asking several times how to formally lodge a complaint, I found myself directed here, where I suspect I might not see any accountability or resolution. Hi Im trying to understand why does the Monthly sub not getting invoices sent automatically to their emails? i dont think it requires any extra development as it exists for the annual sub. Also, for a company like mine, we use a Virtual card system called "Mesh" which auto catalog invoices per charge of virtual credit card if it is sent to the card email address (which is not associated with the account. i could find a way to select a specific address to set the email invoices to. and the other option i have is to invite this "virtual email address" which will take a seat from my account.
