I tried resubscribing from basic to Plus. I used the Dutch payment method iDeal for this, but AFTER the money was taken from my bank account, the site said something went wrong. Now the upgrade didn't go through, I can't contact Dropbox support because it still thinks I'm on Basic and the money is gone from my account? I think its ridiculous I have to post this on a forum to get an answer in the first place, but did anyone encounter the same? and how did you solve it? Hi everyone, In early April, I contacted Dropbox Support to cancel my paid subscription. On April 4th, I received confirmation via Ticket #24953311 that the cancellation and refund had been processed, and that the amount would be returned within 3 to 5 business days. However, more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received the refund. I tried reaching out again, but was redirected to an unmonitored inbox (Ticket #25009410), and haven’t received any response since. Has anyone in the community experienced a similar issue or knows how to actually get in touch with someone from the Dropbox team who can help? One of our team admins accidentally invited an outside person to join our team instead of copying a link to share a folder with them. A new license was issued today, and we were charged. Is there a way to reverse the charge and give back the license? As the title says I was getting emails about updating my billing info about 2 weeks ago but couldn't update the info till I got my new card on Thursday. I changed the info there and then and have just received another email this morning and my plan could be downgraded to the basic plan. I want to download an invoice for December 2024, however I can't access my Billing area anymore - all it tells me is "Something went wrong while retrieving your billing history. Please try again later." I have tried logging out and in again, clearing my cache, using a different browser and using an incognito window but nothing works.
