How can I delete my files from a computer remotely?
Device (Win11 Desktop PC) Question or Issue I was recently removed from the office forcefully, still logged in dropbox with my personal dropbox account at office PC, how do I delete the files on the office hard drive remotely using dropbox? They haven't notice it yet and I want to delete all my hard work converting hard copy data into digital.
How can I find what files I've stored on my Dropbox account to delete them and free up space?
Question or Issue Hi I have a similar issue to Thingy. I have tried to troubleshoot following all suggestions provided in this suggestion string but cannot even identify what, if anything, I have stored in the Drive. When I access it this is the screen Can someone please direct me to where I identify what I have in the Drive so I can identify what I can delete to fill up space. Unable to edit Microsoft files online
Until a few days ago, I was able to edit Microsoft files (word, excel) online. Now the page loads with a white screen. I am on a free account. I found a thread that says only Business account holder are able to edit Microsoft files online, but this thread is +6 years old. Has the the terms and conditions changed as of recent?? What I have tried to fix this is use Edge, Chrome browsers and clear my cache to no available.
Weeks of Dropbox files are gone. Can I restore them somehow?
HELP! All our Dropbox files from May annd June are gone. We have checked through the app and online and the most recent files available are from the last week of April. This is catastrophic — my wife and I have used shared files in Dropbox for years and years to track bills, taxes and other critical functions. This has never happened before. If anyone can help, please, I ask for you to chime in, thank you.
I don't know why my Word file hasn't synced the previous versions
I have been working on a Word doc all weekend, saving with command+S all the time, and on the third day, I dragged a bunch of photos into word and the whole doc messed up. Undoing wouldn't fix the problem: text was missing and photos were all blank - document useless. So I exited without saving and logged into Dropbox online. Version History said it had 5 versions from 4:39pm to 4:32pm, (it's currently 2:49pm here in Australia so even if this is American time it is wrong because they are behind us...) And where are all the other versions of the doc? The saves I made yesterday and the day before all had importent info. The five versions here seem to be days old - though they purport to be from today. What is going on?
