Unable to export a Paper document. Stuck at "Waiting to start".
Device (Laptop) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11) Dropbox App Version/Browser Version (244.3.6552)/(chrome, edge, normal browser/incognito browser) Question or Issue I am in a hurry, need a dropbox paper format document export, and this happen Zzz never happen before, first time saw this message, retry export pdf/docx, same thing had referred to (Export screen keeps getting stuck | The Dropbox Community), same with his situation i think i just wait, nothing else i can do, closed the ticket. thanks, just to informed developer team this incident happens
Got thrown out of my Paper Document. Can't reopen it now.
Device Macbook Pro M1 Pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) macOS12.6 Question or Issue I was working inside of a Paper document I had created. Mid typing I was thrown out of my document. A popup appeared that I lost connection. After restarting my wifi I'm still not able to get back in to the document. I tried a different browsers, private mode, VPN. I also tried opening it on my phone through the Dropbox app. No luck. Tried sharing the document with a friend and still get the same error. Is there any way the progress was atleast saved somewhere so I can acces this and make a backup?
Dropbox Paper - images don't load on the web
Similiar to 3 months ago I again have a dropbox paper file that doesn't show pictures that have been uploaded. When I click on the file I get an access denied notification. Very weird as I uploaded the pictures via copy pace. The same issue occured 4 months ago documented in the following community ticket. Dropbox Paper images aren't loaded on the web
Device Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2016 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 10 Dropbox App Version/Browser Version Chrome: Version 140.0.7339.185 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) Edge: Version 140.0.3485.94 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit) Description Many images (~30%) in my dropbox paper document are not loading anymore. It concernc various dropbox paper files. Even if I click on the link, they do not open anymore. I am sure all of these pictures were uploaded correctly! They are usually screenshots that I have copy + paced into the document. This is very frustrating and a very big issue. I would have thought dropbox paper is more reliable! Screenshots
