I can't access my Paper files on the Android mobile Paper app.
I am suddenly not allowed to view my own files in dropbox paper. Im logged in, reinstalled dropbox paper twice, nothing works. Any help? Im using the free dropbox version, on my Android Phone. It starters yesterday when i was suddenly logged out for no reason. And logged in again,a and then its show the error i am not allowed tto view. When i create a New file the same probleem appears.

Could you clarify and also send me a screenshot of the exact error you see when trying to access the Paper mobile app?
Are you able to access your account when visiting Paper online instead of the app?
While we're at it, can you also let me know the exact OS your mobile is using?

Thanks for reaching out. When i search dropbox paper in the browser i can open it but it looks a bit different en it says i can only edit it on a computer browser, not my Phone. Im using Android 15, version one UI 7.0

can enter my files in the browser of my laptop. I suddenly discover thats my man was logged in in my G Account. Some things Got mixed up. Every file that i open on my Browser, i can open in my Phone app afterwarts. So its kinda fixed but i need to open 40 files or something. And i dont understand why this worksh

Hi from me too, Rianneluiten! Hope you don’t mind me jumping in.
The issue you describe could be potentially related to the upcoming deprecation of the mobile/desktop Paper app. As a result, after the 10/09, your mobile Paper app will no longer be updated; all of your Paper docs can be directly accessed via the Dropbox website, though.
If you try to reinstall your Dropbox Paper app once again now and restart your device, do you still receive the same error after that, or is the issue fixed (without having to open your Paper docs via the web browser first)?

Unfortunatly its not fixed, the solution yesterday worked for once. Totdat everything is blocked again. I Will try reinstalled and restart again

Hello, yes i am logged in on both devices. I received an emaik from dropbox that paper app will stop and function will no longer be in use. But that you coukd use droobox paper in the browser. That does not work for me either. Also making new documents does not work.
