Dear DropBox, I tried to cancel/decline three documents that are pending my signature because I do not want to sign them and I do not want to contact the signer. When I contacted your help team and sent screenshots, they told me that the senders cancelled their accounts and that I cannot decline the documents because they were initiated via a template link. Would you please add the functionality so that users can always cancel pending signature requests, no matter how the user sent them (including documents initiated via a template link)? I included the message from customer support below. Kind regards, Vasco You don't have the ability to decline because it was initiated via a template link. For template link requests the option to decline the request is unfortunately not available to the recipient. This is expected behaviour, as template link requests are designed differently from standard or bulk send requests. Because of this setup, only the sender has the ability to cancel the request—they control the workflow since the document is generated directly from a link rather than being individually addressed. Hi, I have decided I will try out the Signature feature. I wanted to upload a scan of my signature to be used. Unfortunatelly, the app does not remove white background. On the top of that, it even adds white background to a png with transparent background (yes, I invested extra effort in removing the white background with other app). At the end of the day, I have an excel sheet with blue background that I cannot sign with dropbox signature feature as it would leave white box around the signature. For example Adobe Reader automatically removes white background from uploaded scanned images of signatures. Is there a solution I am not seeing? I have confirmed this behavior on 3 different computers. I'm guessing there was possibly an app update that has removed the "right click" > "Send for Signature" function from Dropbox ? Hi. I'm new to using DB Signatures and it's great! The only issue I have is when our legal department signs a document, they add an image of an approval stamp. I don't see a field where you can add an image, only a Textbox. They have to just type their approval vs. adding the image. You need to be more flexible. Right now I have 5 categories. Pending, signed, declined, There should be one "completed". Also there should be an ability to file our documents in other folders that we can name. There also need to the ability to delete a signature. For sure there needs to be a way to sort. I have created a Dropbox signature request through Dropbox Sign. I need 9 signatures on 1 document. We have a Dropbox Advanced account with 14 licenses. 3 people have signed the document, so the initial request clearly went out. I have sent multiple reminders to the other 6 intended signees.
