And once again! I'm trying to send docs for esign but ONLY the cc emails are sent but NOT to the actual signers! After looking at community forum since that is the ONLY thing available shows that this exact same issue has been a problem for more than 3 years and still they do NOTHING to fix it! HIGH triple digits in price for the plan for our business and THIS is what I have to resort to for community help since Dropbox customer service refuses to make themselves available until NINE in the morning! WHY ARE MY EMAILS NOT GETTING SENT TO MY SIGNERS?! Any Jane or John Does to help answer this since Dropbox needs their beauty sleep? I have a deadline and need to figure out how to get my emails to send properly. boss has looked all over his email account and the address is 100% correct. Dear DropBox, I tried to cancel/decline three documents that are pending my signature because I do not want to sign them and I do not want to contact the signer. When I contacted your help team and sent screenshots, they told me that the senders cancelled their accounts and that I cannot decline the documents because they were initiated via a template link. Would you please add the functionality so that users can always cancel pending signature requests, no matter how the user sent them (including documents initiated via a template link)? I included the message from customer support below. Kind regards, Vasco You don't have the ability to decline because it was initiated via a template link. For template link requests the option to decline the request is unfortunately not available to the recipient. This is expected behaviour, as template link requests are designed differently from standard or bulk send requests. Because of this setup, only the sender has the ability to cancel the request—they control the workflow since the document is generated directly from a link rather than being individually addressed. Our documentation for decline options is only for non template link requests. Hi, I have decided I will try out the Signature feature. I wanted to upload a scan of my signature to be used. Unfortunatelly, the app does not remove white background. On the top of that, it even adds white background to a png with transparent background (yes, I invested extra effort in removing the white background with other app). At the end of the day, I have an excel sheet with blue background that I cannot sign with dropbox signature feature as it would leave white box around the signature. For example Adobe Reader automatically removes white background from uploaded scanned images of signatures. Is there a solution I am not seeing? Hi, I have the same problem and have tried with a different browser and even incognito mode on my current one. When I try to enter a third signer/receiver of a PDF-file which I want to be signed - a message appears that only two signers is possible. Hey everyone, As the title suggests, I'm facing an issue where text tags are not removed when a document is sent for signing (when the user opens it for signing), even though the `hide_text_tags` flag is set to true. I have a problem and it is that when loading the document to be signed in a web view, it first loads and appears loading but then an error appears that says (something went wrong when preparing your signature request. Please try again) and the strange thing about this Is that when I try exactly the same code but on the web it works normally, do you know what it could be? I am a new Business Team plan Admin member (3 user), and creating new templates in Dropbox Sign (Dropbox signatures redirects me automatically), but I do not have an option to "create template link" as has been described in the help articles and posts in these forums. It is missing as an option for me even though I have a plan that should include it. There should be a little pulldown arrows to the right of the Blue button in the corner, but from my screenshot below, mine doesnt have it. Can someone confirm if Dropbox Sign still offers this, or if there is something going on with that feature in general, or how I can resolve this?
