I had linked my Apple ID to a now deleted Dropbox account and I can't use it to create a new one.
Dear Dropbox Support Team, I previously used Dropbox and had linked my account to my Apple ID. However, I deleted that account years ago. Since then, I’ve been unable to create a new account on iOS using “Sign in with Apple” or link my Apple ID to an account with the same email address. Every attempt results in an error message with ERROR 500, even when I try different email addresses or use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature. It seems my Apple ID is now completely unable to use Dropbox, which is causing significant disruptions to my workflow. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue. Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies.
Hi I am trying to open an Excel workbook via Dropbox on my S24 Ultra so that it will save directly to it. I go through the log in process for Dropbox in Excel and I'm getting a message saying "Access blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies". I've tried add Dropbox directly in the app and I get the same message. Please help!
Couldn't start Dropbox error on macOS Monterey

Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. When opening a Word doc on the web, its original font appears in bold.
My office shares and edits unlinked docs and I'm then responsible for accepting the edits and uploading the final doc to Dropbox. Recently, I've been unable to upload the doc with it keeping its formatting and fonts. It will be formatted correctly on my OS desktop but when I save it and upload it, the fonts in the preview are bold. When I then go to open it in word for the web, I get this error: If I choose to open it in reader view, it reverts back to the correct formatting. Tried to follow steps to uninstall DroBox from my MacBook Pro 16 running iOS 15.3.1. Received notification that DroBox is still running and can't be unistalled? How do I resolve this? I am following these steps to uninstall the Dropbox desktop app completely (https://help.dropbox.com/installs/uninstall-dropbox) and then continue with the advanced reinstallation steps (https://help.dropbox.com/installs/advanced-reinstall). Network error downloading large files with Dropbox Transfer
I received a "protected" link with a few files from a client. I'm required to sign in to access large documents. However, upon signing in (with the correct credentials), the following message is displayed: Network Error! Please verify your information and try again How do I fix this? I've tried multiple browsers (including in private/incognito modes), cleared cache and history, closed all extensions, turned on and off VPNs, changed my password but nothing works.
