I own my business and use Dropbox Business. It's great and more secure than personal, which I have loads of data on. Is there any reason I should have both? I can't think of any. Hello everyone. Long story short, I've had three support tickets without a solution marked as solved. The last time, I explicitly requested that my message be turned into a complaint about the "support" I was receiving. Nothing, absolutely nothing happened, no reply at all. I've been a Dropbox user for over a decade, and the decline in the quality of technical support (and of the service itself) is appalling. The tricky part is that I can no longer even make contact to request the refund, since I no longer have that privilege (because of downgrading) even though I actually paid for it (and didn't want it)... Classic Catch-22. I'm very hopeful that someone can help me — I have been a Pro-level customer for years, and would appreciate assistance. I downgraded my Dropbox account a month or so ago from Plus to Basic as I retired from work and no longer needed it. However, the monthly payment is still being taken from my account by Dropbox. As it was made with a card my bank can't cancel it as it has to be done by Dropbox. I've followed all the help options thrown at me and there is no apparent solution other than what I've actually done. I chatted with someone from sales who was next to useless and apart from that there's a botchat but of course that only sends you round in circles. Anybody know how to contact a human being at Dropbox or has had experience of this issue and how to resolve it. Typical tech companies who don't know how to provide simple customer support. Hi, our team is currently using the family plan and we want to keep using that plan, but the family manager is leaving the company. I plan to change the manager to someone else and update the payment card. Is it right for continuing to use the data we've had so far? or would I need to cancel the current plan and subscribe to a new one for creating new account? If I have to cancel, will I be able to back up and continue using our data? (I mean, can I use all previous date with the new account?) and if so, which plan would be best for our team?
