People I shared my folders with cannot access due to "not enough space" - this is unacceptable.
I am the tech lead for my church and I have people who take photos of services and events. I wanted to use Dropbox as a place where they could upload their photos and the Pastor and I could get them to use for our website and other multi-media uses. I personally upgraded to a 3TB plan so that I would have plenty of space for them to be able to share their photos and videos without the need to do so in small chunks requiring me to keep going in there and removing them. I wasn't aware that Dropbox counts shared folders against their storage space allotted. IF this is indeed the case, I'm going to want a full refund of the year I purchased in advanced. I don't like shady scummy practices like that. I have worked in consulting for years and have had companies use their file share services to share files with me and I could create new accounts there and get what I needed without ever running into anything like this. So I'm first of all wondering if there is a better way of doing this? Why should my entire team pay for the same space that I already purchased? I really hope someone has a solution that can work. How can I figure out which files/folders take up space on my Dropbox account?
Hi team, I started my account long time ago but am new to the community forum. my account shows storage full. eventhough I have only. around 600MB files in my drive. How to check which folder takes up most space? I tried clicking each folders in the homescreen under 'All files' which has only around 600MB files. here it shows regular files, how to find which files or folder location? can you help me to find more information. regards

Can I keep my Dropbox files even after my promotional space has expired?
If I store entiore 22 GB data out of given 22 GB (20 given under promotion by Dell) within the next 12 months and after that if I didn't opted for subscription to increase my free limit of 2 GB storage per account then will Dropbox remove data of 20 GB or will I have continued access to my data even after promotional period of 12 months.

Got a message that my account is nearly full but what is Dropbox and how does it work?
Can someone offer a very simple exclamation without any technical language of what drop boxes and how it works. I'm not knowingly using it but I do use MSone drive and iCloud , I keep getting messages saying it's nearly full but I don't know what is nearly full! How does shared business account storage work?
This is probably a simple question, but I haven't been able to find a clear answer. We just created a business account for our small team. We often work with freelancers who need access to edit and upload files in certain project folders. If we share one of these folders with edit access to someone outside our team and they add content to the folder in our team folder, does this utilize their personal dropbox space or ours? Thanks!

Can't delete backup from Dropbox site
I have deleted an automatic hard disk backup from Dropbox but storage space is not released. Now the backup is no longer recognized. I have already removed the desktop application from the devices and added it again. Does anyone know what I can do?
