How can I rotate users with a fixed number of licenses in a business plan?
We are small organisation where three people from the management should share documents. We decided to purchase Dropbox Business with 3 licenses. One person created the Dropbox account, and automatically became ADMIN. His email become the address used by Dropbox to communicate the issues affecting the whole team. Other people were invited by admin via invitation process. Now - in this organisation, management regularly rotate - one or more people leave the management, other people enter management. At any given time, there are at most 3 people in the management. What is the correct procedure to manage Dropbox accounts in this scenario? For example - when Admin person is replaced in the management, how to transfer ADMIN role to differrent user? There are two scenario variants: a) tranfer ADMIN role to already existing user b) transfer ADMIN role to newly added user - this, however, temporarily increases the number of users by 1 đ How to solve this?
Cannot sign up for a business account
I used to have a personal account using my work email (Google login) and deleted it as I need to register a business account with the same email address. However, when I try to sign up via the invitation from our company admin, Dropbox gives me an error message saying "There was a problem completing your request," and I cannot go any further. Neither deleting cache nor having a new invitation worked. Please advise.

Dear All We have just activated a Dropbox Business account with the standard three licenses. I successfully activated the first license (admin), and the Admin Console shows that Iâve used 1 out of 3 licenses. However, when I attempt to invite another member, the invitation email doesnât get sent, and I receive the error message âfailed to load pricing information.â (see picture) I'm at a loss for how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance. What will happen if I accept a colleague's invitation to join her Dropbox team?
I recently had a colleague invite me to their DropBox Teams. I am reluctant to add the account because I do not want to comingle my account and folders with my colleagues. I don't mind having access to view and download files she shares. But I want my Dropbox files and folders to remain private and inaccessible unless I decide to share. Can someone help me understand what happens If I accept the Team invite from my colleague to join her Team Dropbox? Thanks, Dr. Shinshuri
I can't access my Dropbox account because it's sending an email to an account I can't log in to
Hi there. I have a Dropbox account for which the original email address was closed by the server. I know the username and password but the two factor verification keeps sending to an email address that doesnât work anymore. I have urgent information in there . What can I do as I can only change the email once Iâm in the account and I canât get in due to the two factor problem.
