Only one tab displaying in spreadsheets stored on Dropbox
This morning when we open our spreadsheets on dropbox only one tab is being displayed and we can't access the other tabs on the sheet , if we download the file and open it all tabs are displayed. They spreadsheets are saved as xlsx files on Dropbox. Any idea's why this has suddenly happened ? All were fine yesterdaySolved11KViews4likes61Comments
Cannot Open Word Documents in Dropbox
I am synced to open Dropbox documents in the online-only mode on my Surface Pro since it doesnt have a ton of hard drive memory. That has worked well for several years. Recently, my Surface Pro has been unable to open Word documents stored stored in Dropbox. Instead, I get the "Unspecified Error" message. I can open pdf files stored in Dropbox without a problem. Hello, I was wondering if there was a pre-made way of automating the process of converting XLSX files to CSV files in a Dropbox Directory? Why are my files corrupt?
I have JUST noticed today that MANY files on my dropbox are corrupt. Some are new, some are 4 years old. I click on it, it says "Word unable to read this document. It may be corrupt." WHAT is going on? How do I stop this infection? Can I save any of these files?3.5KViews1like13Comments
Word documents opening as read only in Word app on iPad and iPhone
Many of my new Word documents are opening as read-only whenever I try and edit them on my iPad or iPhone. This is not happening to all of my recent files. It's not even happening to all the files in that particular folder. I can open some older files in the same folders and they are editable, but some files show up as read-only. I can save a copy of the file in the mobile apps and name it the same as the original and then edit that file, but that's a long workaround. Thanks for the help.
