It is very shocking for me that Dropbox Passwords has no master password (or at least I can't find it). I do not use fingerprints on my phone, I have simple PIN. It is locking after 2 minutes, but if the pone is in hands it won't turn off the screen. So, to open another password managers it is necessary to enter master password. But for this app you just open it and the passwords are visible immediately. Is it possible to add Normal master password or at least PIN to add additional protection?432Views1like2CommentsUpdate (not reset) password on phone

Cannot find any instructions on that.Solved4.9KViews1like3CommentsSign in with Apple ID shows that the account is disabled
Hello, If I try to sign in/continue with Apple id in browser or iOS app. It shows an error > account is disabled. But when I sign in using the same icloud email, there is no any issue. I made a mistake of choosing "Hide my Email" on my first attempt to sign in and it created the new account which I had to delete. After that I can't use the Continue with Apple feature anymore. Please solve the issue. Thanks6.8KViews1like27CommentsCan you restrict selective sync by device, instead of by user?
Long story short, I need the user of an iMac in our office to have full dropbox access. I need that same user to have access to only certain folders on an iPad. On both the iMac and iPad, the user account is the same. If I selectively sync certain folders to the iPad, any iPad user can simply click the dropbox app, selectively sync all folders, and then have full access to the entire dropbox folder. This is obviously not acceptable from a security standpoint. Is there a way to restrict which folders sync based on which device dropbox is used on, rather than by which account is logged in? I'm really surprised I can't find a solution. This is a security dealbreaker for us and will cause us to move to a different file sharing app if syncing can't be restricted by device.Solved2KViews1like4Comments32 bit 2 factor auth
Hi. I want to use Dropbox 2 factor auth on 3 machines, 2 are 64bit Android and my laptop is 32bit Linux. I have both the 2FAS and Dropbox apps on the 64bit devices, the laptop has the Dropbox download for Ubuntu Linux. There is no 2 factor application for i386 Linux but the Firefox browser has a 2FAS extension. I'm not sure if the browser extension works. I can't test it. Big question: If I configure Dropbox for 2 factor auth on my 64bit devices, will my laptop be locked out of Dropbox if the extension doesn't work? Would I be able to access Dropbox in the laptop's web browser? Thank you kindly in advance for your help.Solved1.8KViews1like6Comments
