My mobile app shows content that I can't see on the website on my laptop.
Hello, Apologies in advance for asking a basic question but why can I see folders on my mobile app (as well as it showing I have used 800GB of storage), but when I log into the website on my laptop it says I can't see any folders and it says I have used 0GB of storage? Regards.I can't upload files to my iOS mobile app, as my iPhone has run out of space. Why is that?
Hi all! My iPhone is out of storage and so I’m currently trying to move my pictures into Dropbox. However, I’m getting messages saying my phone has no storage (and therefore, it would seem, can’t perform the operation).. Does that sound right? If so, I’m in a bit of a conundrum, because I can’t delete the photos to free storage on my phone until they’re on Dropbox! Grateful for any input. Thanks!
Why does the mobile app say I have no storage space on my device when I do?
I have Dropbox iOS app and a Plus account with 2TB space. I'm currently uploading all my phones pictures and videos but started getting a message saying my device storage is full. I checked and I have plenty of space on my iPhone. I also noticed that the size of the app on my phone goes up from 1gb to 20gb+ at different times. It looks like an error to me but I'm not sure how to try fix it. I also can't confirm if all my pictures and videos uploaded because the web app is so slow that I can't see what the most recent uploads were. Anyone get a similar message of no storage space when there is some?
