Hello, If I try to sign in/continue with Apple id in browser or iOS app. It shows an error > account is disabled. But when I sign in using the same icloud email, there is no any issue. I made a mistake of choosing "Hide my Email" on my first attempt to sign in and it created the new account which I had to delete. After that I can't use the Continue with Apple feature anymore. Please solve the issue. Thanks6.8KViews1like27CommentsReceived unrequested 6-digit verification code on my phone
Hi, so I was recently hacked (someone gaine access to all of my (unique) passwords) which I changed from a secure device promptly after. A couple of hours ago I received 6-digit verification code on my phone which I did not request. Does this neccessarily mean that my account password is compromised again? Or could this request to my phone have been produced by the attacker without him having to my new password? (E.g. by attempting to reset the password only with my known email address and a currently logged in phone? I have not been able to reproduce this). I'm not so much worried about the failed login attempt itself, but the fact that all of my passwords could be compromised again. Thanks in advanceSolved5.3KViews0likes8CommentsUpdate (not reset) password on phone

Help pleaseSolved4.2KViews0likes9CommentsCan you restrict selective sync by device, instead of by user?
Long story short, I need the user of an iMac in our office to have full dropbox access. I need that same user to have access to only certain folders on an iPad. On both the iMac and iPad, the user account is the same. If I selectively sync certain folders to the iPad, any iPad user can simply click the dropbox app, selectively sync all folders, and then have full access to the entire dropbox folder. This is obviously not acceptable from a security standpoint. Is there a way to restrict which folders sync based on which device dropbox is used on, rather than by which account is logged in? I'm really surprised I can't find a solution. This is a security dealbreaker for us and will cause us to move to a different file sharing app if syncing can't be restricted by device.Solved2KViews1like4CommentsDropbox app won't accept the 6-digit code, so I can sign in on the mobile app
I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I uninstalled some apps and reinstalled them once the reset had been completed. I signed in with my email and password. Dropbox sent me a six digit code and I entered it correctly, twice. I came out and tried to sign in again. Once again I entered the correct code, login failed. When I tried a second time, login failed. What can I do?1.8KViews0likes13Comments32 bit 2 factor auth
Hi. I want to use Dropbox 2 factor auth on 3 machines, 2 are 64bit Android and my laptop is 32bit Linux. I have both the 2FAS and Dropbox apps on the 64bit devices, the laptop has the Dropbox download for Ubuntu Linux. There is no 2 factor application for i386 Linux but the Firefox browser has a 2FAS extension. I'm not sure if the browser extension works. I can't test it. Big question: If I configure Dropbox for 2 factor auth on my 64bit devices, will my laptop be locked out of Dropbox if the extension doesn't work? Would I be able to access Dropbox in the laptop's web browser? Thank you kindly in advance for your help.Solved1.8KViews1like6Comments
