When I opened my Dropbox folder on my android phone (I only have the default folder on my app-a simple new installation) I saw a folder called Scuba. It wasn't mine. Dropbox indicated it was shared by two people I know but that I don't have any sharing relationships with. I'm worried that someone else has access to my Dropbox. On my android phone I deleted the folder and uninstalled the entire Dropbox app. When I open the folder on my Windows 11 PC the mystery folder is gone. How is the appearance of the mystery folder possible? I only want to use Dropbox to move files between my phone and my PC. Are there settings to close it off to outside entities? If not, I'll uninstall the program from my PC, too. Thanks, Dave133Views0likes4CommentsI don't have access to my authenticator code after changing my authenticator app

Hello, If I try to sign in/continue with Apple id in browser or iOS app. It shows an error > account is disabled. But when I sign in using the same icloud email, there is no any issue. I made a mistake of choosing "Hide my Email" on my first attempt to sign in and it created the new account which I had to delete. After that I can't use the Continue with Apple feature anymore. Please solve the issue. Thanks6.9KViews1like27CommentsThe one-time code either never arrives to my email or Dropbox tells me it's expired.
Hi. I really want login. But I can't. I've tried many things. When I try to login through Dropbox web page via PC and mobile: The page for Second step verification is not uploaded. I waited over 10 minutes.(It's definitely not an internet problem) When I try to login through Dropbox via mobile app: Second step verification email arrives from no-reply@dropbox.com. But it is not helpful. Even though I entered the code in 30 seconds, a pop-up window appeared saying “A considerable amount of time has passed. Please re-enter your password.” If I try to reset the password, I don´t receive the mails. I already added no-reply@dropbox.com to my email contacts, it doesn´t help. I can't even change my password. Because the mail doesn't arrive. I already check spam mail, but it doesn't help. What should I do? Please help me.1.8KViews0likes10CommentsI removed Dropbox from my iPhone and I can't find the email my account was linked to.

Hi, so I was recently hacked (someone gaine access to all of my (unique) passwords) which I changed from a secure device promptly after. A couple of hours ago I received 6-digit verification code on my phone which I did not request. Does this neccessarily mean that my account password is compromised again? Or could this request to my phone have been produced by the attacker without him having to my new password? (E.g. by attempting to reset the password only with my known email address and a currently logged in phone? I have not been able to reproduce this). I'm not so much worried about the failed login attempt itself, but the fact that all of my passwords could be compromised again. Thanks in advanceSolved5.4KViews0likes8Comments
