I can't log in on my iPhone or iPad; I get an error message that I've entered the wrong credentials.

N/A Question or Issue I am a new user. I established a new basic account on web/desktop and downloaded Dropbox app to my iPhone and iPad, but could not log in on either. When I opened my Dropbox folder on my android phone (I only have the default folder on my app-a simple new installation) I saw a folder called Scuba. It wasn't mine. Dropbox indicated it was shared by two people I know but that I don't have any sharing relationships with. I'm worried that someone else has access to my Dropbox. On my android phone I deleted the folder and uninstalled the entire Dropbox app. When I open the folder on my Windows 11 PC the mystery folder is gone. How is the appearance of the mystery folder possible? I only want to use Dropbox to move files between my phone and my PC. Are there settings to close it off to outside entities? Hello, as the title said. I accidently unninstalled my Dropbox Apps and i forgot my email to login. I tried to search through my email but i couldn’t found my Dropbox account, Is there any way I can see my email on my iPhone or can i rollback my iphone to previous backup so it can automatically login my dropbox account? Dropbox app won't accept the 6-digit code, so I can sign in on the mobile app
I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I uninstalled some apps and reinstalled them once the reset had been completed. I signed in with my email and password. Dropbox sent me a six digit code and I entered it correctly, twice. I came out and tried to sign in again. Once again I entered the correct code, login failed.
