Images can't be restored to a previous version, right after overwriting them.
Dropbox App Version (if using the app): N/A Question or Issue Good morning. I discovered a bug in Dropbox related to restoring image file version history. Today, I accidentally overwrote an image stored in Dropbox and tried to restore a previous version. I was very surprised to see the file version field was blank and the "Restore" button was disabled (Attachment 1). I overwrote the same file again, and to my surprise, the correct version history appeared! (Attachment 2)
When I move photos, a copy remains in the original folder, why?
Hi, I'm organizing my photos and am moving some photos to a new folder called "non-family". But they are also remaining in the original folder. Shouldn't they actually just move to the new folder? I'm not copying them, I'm using the "move" option. Thank you!My photos are missing from my account, how can I get them back?
Hello, I’ve had drop box for many years, the free version. Recently I’ve noticed photos that were there are now missing! Havnt been deleted or anything, but they are gone and were 110% there… absolutely distraught, drop box was the only back up for all these precious memories. There is no way to contact a human at drop box what do I do
