Storage limits reached despite paying for Plus account.
I have a dropbox plus account, I pay €120 each year and have plenty of storage space. a friend added me to her dropbox account and I now have a warning saying I dont have enough space and I need to upgrade to a plus account (which I already have) I cant talk to Dropbox on bot as it seems to think I have a basic account, so annoying and frustrating, I cant speak to anyone and no contact details on dropbox, so hard to get in touch with, any ideas?
