Dropbox Plan (Basic.) Device Dell Latitude Ref ticket no 25985012 marked as 'Solved'! It had not been solved, they just referred me here. Explanation: I have invited a colleague to join dropbox on 05/02/26 (email address removed) He has accepted by email link, downloaded the app to his laptop, and also added a file to the app. My bonus has not been added, it states ineligible. He did say he initially tried the email link on a MS Edge browser that needed to be upgraded. Maybe this interfered with the accept and sign in process? Hi, there. This is Imran again. Throughout this year, I have successfully referred several friends to Dropbox. However, for some reason, when they complete the entire sign-up process and download the application, their status often shows as "ineligible" in my referral dashboard. I am very grateful to the Dropbox support team, as they have resolved this problem for me in the past. Unfortunately, I am encountering the same issue again and would appreciate your assistance in investigating and correcting the tracking for my recent referrals. I have a basic plan but due to Dropbox option to invite others to the platform I have accumulated 6,75Gb in total. My current usage is 3,91Gb but now Dropbox is giving me an error when saving additional / updating existing files. ERROR: The save failed due to out of memory or disk space. I have enough local diskspace and memory available, dropbox storage utilized is more that what the basic plan allowed but have more space available due to above reason... enough freespace is available.
