Greets! I know this isn't Boxifier support, but just curious if any other Boxifier users installs are still working? Posts to their forum have to be admin-approved (which isn't happening) and any helpdesk submissions have been ignored for a week now.61Views0likes4CommentsDropbox sync problem with Setlist app. Can't connect with Dropbox.
I am using an app called SetList on my IPad Pro. Its used for uploading songs charts. It uses Dropbox to upload from. Recently when I try to connect to Dropbox to upload a file, the Dropbox login page opens. I can enter my username. Its says welcome back and after I enter my password. it just spins the status square. I am running 13.1.3 on the Ipad. The Setlist app has not been updated in years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.88Views0likes6CommentsIs the Dropbox and Zoom integration down?
Integration Affected Zoom + Dropbox Device ALL - Macbook Pro M2, iPhone 15 ProMax Operating System/Browser (if using the web) macOs Tahoe 26 Beta 26.2 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) Browser + iPhone App Question or Issue We have used the Zoom + Dropbox integration to automatically copy recorded Zoom Meetings to Dropbox for several years now but have not had a new recording transfer since November 5, 2025 despite having many new Zoom recordings saved to the cloud. We have removed the Dropbox App for Zoom, reinstalled the Zoom App, and made sure the box was checked to "Copy Zoom cloud recordings to Dropbox" and selected the box to UPDATE. The integration is still not working. I have seen several posts from other Dropbox users with the same issue but have not seen an OFFICIAL statement from Dropbox acknowledging that this is a KNOWN ISSUE. Can someone from Dropbox please clarify? Thanks in advance!71Views0likes1CommentStreamlining my workflow with Dropbox and DaVinci Resolve
Hello Dropbox Team, As a photographer and filmmaker, Iām currently trying to streamline my workflow using Dropbox and DaVinci Resolve. My ideal setup involves a single, organized Dropbox folder where I can share everything with my clientsāplanning documents, administrative paperwork, NDAs, project files, and final deliverables. However, Iāve been facing confusion because Iām using both Dropbox and Dropbox Replay. This means that my files and feedback are scattered across different locations, making it challenging to keep everything in sync and having different Links floating around with clients. Ideally, I would love a unified workflow where everything is within one shared dropbox folder and feedback gathered on videos appears directly within DaVinci Resolve, allowing me to seamlessly incorporate client feedback into my editing timeline. Iām reaching out to see if thereās a way to simplify this process, so that all my project files, feedback, and final versions are neatly organized in one place. This would greatly improve efficiency and clarity in my projects. Best, Philip36Views0likes2CommentsGetting an error backing up Dropbox files using BackupExec on Windows
Hi, We rely on Dropbox for making important business files available to remote colleagues. However, we also use Veritas Backup Exec to take daily copies of our entire network including Dropbox files and, up to now, it has worked perfectly, including our Dropbox files on disk. Having recently installed Windows Server 2025 (for running our network and BackupExec 2025) and with Windows 11 on all workstations, we find that attaching to our physical (Business) Dropbox files on the master hard drive causes the BackupExec backup to fail with the message: "Dropbox was not found or could not be accessed"; Completed Status: Failed Final Error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied Final error category: Security Errors. This is despite all Dropbox folders & files being visible during backup selection. All network permissions are correct and verified and work perfectly for folders alongside the Dropbox folder. Please can somebody tell me what is different about the Dropbox folders on disk and how to fix this? Many thanks. Hello, Our company works out of Salesforce CPQ, and we want the name of the signed order form pdf file that is sent back to be a specific format. Right now its just [our company name] Order Form. I want it to be [Client name] Order form [Date]. Is this possible? I've already changed the document name in Salesforce, but it seems like the document name in Salesforce does not carry over to Dropbox, unfortunately. Thank you.99Views0likes4CommentsDropbox not authorizing access properly for third party app.
Application Affected Dropbox web app on phone Device Pixel 7 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 10 when on PC Question or Issue Hello. I'm having a unique issue with Dropbox. I am trying to connect an app called War Organ to my phone. The app uses Dropbox to sync between phone and PC. When I connect war organ to Dropbox on my PC, it works first time, never any issues. However, it refuses to authenticate on my phone. I go into war organ, I click authenticate app, it takes me to my web browser, I have to click allow twice and then it will get stuck infinently laoding and eventually time out and the page will say I have no internet access despite having it. When I go into connected apps after this, it will show that war organ has been connected in drop box with full permissions, however on the app side, it won't have synced with dropbox. I have tried multiple different web browsers (opera, chrome) I have cleared war organs app cache, my browser cache, google plays cache. I have reinstalled the app multiple times. I have disconnected the connected app multiple times. I am really stuck as to what to do. I don't use any other apps to testt if it's a Dropbox or app issue, but I'm assuming it's a Dropbox issue because my PC is fineSolved192Views0likes14CommentsIssue with DaVinci Resolve upload location in Dropbox folder & feedback
Hi Dropbox Support Team, Iād like to report an issue Iām experiencing when using Dropbox in combination with DaVinci Resolve, as well as suggest a potential improvement. In my workflow, I edit videos in DaVinci Resolve and store my project folders inside Dropbox. I collaborate with clients and project partners directly inside these folders and use Dropbox comments for feedback, which ideally should appear inside DaVinci Resolveās timeline. However, when I export a video from DaVinci Resolve and enable the option āUpload to Dropboxā, the application behaves unexpectedly: it creates two versions of the file. One version is correctly saved in the project folder I selected during export (which is also synced via Dropbox), but DaVinci Resolve additionally uploads another copy into the root folder of my Dropbox account. The issue is that only the copy in the root folder becomes linked to Resolveās comment integration, meaning comments and feedback are associated with the wrong instance of the file. This leads to confusion and unnecessary duplicates in my storage. Suggested improvement: It would be extremely helpful if the āUpload to Dropboxā functionality would upload the file only to the folder selected during export, rather than defaulting to the root directory. This way, the file used for collaboration, feedback, and timeline comment syncing would be consistent and properly organized within the designated project folder. This change would significantly improve efficiency and clarity when collaborating with clients inside structured Dropbox project directories. Thank you very much in advance for your support and consideration. Integration Affected Davinci Resolve67Views0likes2CommentsWhy is the Dropbox integration with SalesForce stopping?
Question or Issue Why is the SalesForce integration for Dropbox stopping Its a business critical element for us and whilst you have offered a partial workaround it is no where near as elegant as the existing solution. If there isn't a change of heart we will be moving all our data out of Dropbox and over to Sharepoint (for which there appears to be an integration) and closing our account. Has anyone successfully implemented the Sharepoint integration?64Views1like1Comment
