400 malformed_certificate google
My company uses SSO with Google and we recently began getting 400. Error: malformed_certificate. The SAML certificate had expired, I rotated a new one in and indicated that for Dropbox within Google Admin Console. In their steps to update, the final one seems to be to configure DB to point to the new cert: 7. After changing the certificate assigned to the SAML app, make sure to also update the app's SSO configuration with the new certificate on the Service Provider's website. SSO with the SAML app won't work until the SP-side configuration is also updated. Feels like I'm close to getting this to work again, but don't know exactly what the final bit is. Unable to share folder since it contains a shared folder
Hello, I have created a folder with documents and folders that are labelled as: "Only You" for members. It will not allow me to share this folder though because it says "This folder can only be shared as a link because it contains a shared folder". I don't see any files inside this folder that are shared though. I moved a lot of information into this folder and unshared some people from documents to make all ONLY YOU. Does this take awhile to update before I can share with others? Not sure why its showing as I only have access but not allowing sharing... Please let me know how to resolve. "www.dropbox.com refused to connect."
A classical case of Dropbox website working on every device in network, except a single PC. But, sadly, even with all the support on other similar topics, I couldn't connect to the website. I have tried using different browsers, turning proxy, antivirus and vpn on and off, using different DNS servers and removing the "hosts" file. So now, when I have tried every other option, I'm trying to reach for support of the community. How to opt out of sharing my personal data?
Before I could access a file that I was sent the other day, I had to agree to the cookies and personal data sharing. I found the wording confusing and could not tell if "Don't sell my info..." button turned on meant I did want it to be shared or didn't want to be shared. Well, it looks like I chose wrong and now I need to turn that button back off. Does anyone know how I do this? I've looked under all the settings I can find and do not see this option anywhere. Hello. My supervisor has a problem with the Dropbox web page, so she cannot even register on her computer. When she accesses "www.dropbox.com," she gets the error message "this site can't provide a secure connection (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR)." It happens both in Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Also, she can access to other sites except for Dropbox. So, I did several works, but it still has the error message. Please help me. 1. System data and time check -> it is right 2. Removed all the Internet usage history from the browser 3. Removed SSL condition from Internet option 4. Disabled Experimental QUIC protocol and TLS 1.3 in Chrome 5.
