A third party iOS print app requested access to my Dropbox contents for the purpose of printing individual files to a printer without AirPrint support. It failed miserably. How, in Dropbox, may I manage which third party apps have access to my account contents so I may revoke it? Thank you.Solved2.7KViews0likes4CommentsAccidentally reset Dropbox Passwords so I need help to restore it
Hi, I have downloaded Dropbox passwords manager app on my phone to store all my passwords. I accidently reset it and all my passwords saved are gone. I have the 12 seed recovery words which i tried to use but this did not help. The screen where I enter the recovery words accepts it does not continue. it recognises the recovery words but stays on that screen. Any help here, I have 100s of password stored and it would be a disaster if I cannot restore or recover it. What can I do? I have a Dropbox plus account. Can I stop it?
For the past few days, when I log in to the web version of Dropbox.com, I get a pop-up message that says, "View files you have deleted - You can also easily restore or permanently delete them here." Even if I click the OK button, the message keeps appearing every time I log in. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Thanks!43Views0likes4CommentsHow to use more than one Dropbox account on a single computer?
Quick question — is it possible to run two Dropbox accounts on the same computer without constantly signing out or making separate user accounts? I’m not super technical, just want personal + work available without cluttering my disk — what do people actually do?15Views0likes1CommentI deleted my email, and now I have trouble accessing my Dropbox account.

[email removed as per Community Guidelines] But my icloud account is register as the same email [email removed as per Community Guidelines], and I have access to my icloud account. Is there any chances to enter my dropbox account if I dont remember the password but my apple account is the same mail that my old delated mail???? When I try to enter by my apple ID they said that the mail is already register. Is preatty obvious that Im the owner of the account.29Views0likes2CommentsDesktop app can't connect to account via the browser connection

Hi! I was not able to log into my Dropbox account on my mobile browser. I am positive I typed it in correctly. I was able to change it on my PC browser but it is still saying my new password is incorrect. What should I do? Is Dropbox experiencing any issues?Solved24Views0likes2CommentsWhy is it ever safe to ignore unprompted one-time security code emails?
According to https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/one-time-code there are two versions of the "one time sign-in code" email. They are identical except that one of them includes a link for "I didn't try to sign in," presumably to secure the user's account via resetting one's password and such, while the other simply says "If you didn't try to sign in, don't worry. You can safely ignore this email." Neither the email nor that help page elaborate on why it's safe to ignore the email, though. If I receive an email with a security code and I haven't tried to sign in at all recently, wouldn't it always mean someone else is attempting to sign in to my account? Furthermore, because the code is only sent if you type the correct email and password, wouldn't it mean that this person has my Dropbox account password? I'd think that would always be cause for alarm, even if they weren't actually able to get into the account. So what's the difference? In what circumstances is one of those two emails sent vs the other?Solved1.3KViews0likes3CommentsI can't access my account's password
