I'm trying to cancel a Plus plan, but all I see is a Dropbox Basic account.
I am helping my mom with cancelling a number of recurring subscriptions and the most difficult one has been this drop box account. I keep cycling through how to cancel a dropbox account trial/account but nothing is working. There is no billing history in the account and the subscriptions page says she is on dropbox basic online. she is charged via card and gets an annual email with the last email saying: "our subscription will renew on August 24, 2025, and youâll be charged $130.01 on that date and again each year, until you cancel. If youâd like to cancel your subscription, access your account settings You may also contact support at any time." but when I click the apps it send me on a goose chase. HOW CAN I CANCEL? Happening: However, I never received an email confirmation. Two days before the end of the trial, I received an email asking me to provide my billing information. However, I canceled the trial. How can I be sure my trial has been canceled without being billed for it after the trial period? Furthermore, all my old photos uploaded from approximately 2010 to 2020 have disappeared, even though I have a paid account on an old Dropbox account. How do I get these photos back? I only use three devices and currently use less than 1 GB of data. I now have a dropbox Basic account. Expect to happen: 1. Email confirmation that my Dropbox Business Standard trial has ended before November 22, 2025. 2. I would prefer to have my photos back, as I have been paying subscription fees for them for years. If you cannot restore these photos, I am hereby filing a complaint and claiming damages. I look forward to a written response and a solution from the Dropbox team as soon as possible.
How can I downgrade your plan to the Dropbox Plus account with 1TB of space?

Can't cancel my Dropbox Backup trial from Seagate

Via DropBox website Question or Issue My Seagate comes with a 6 month free trial for Dropbox Backup plan, upon subscribing for this free trial.. I received an email saying: But I cannot find a way to remove this free trial, I no longer need to use it as I found out that I need to upgrade my Dropbox plan first in order to use it. I have no use of it since 2GB Basic Dropbox plan is not enough for me to backup my 2TB Seagate. I now want to cancel the subscription trial and delete my account. I am pretty good with technology, so I know how to cancel it but there is no option to do it in dropbox in my account. Nor am I able to delete my credit card details from the account. Dropbox Plan Basic (downgraded from Teams) Payment Method PayPal How did you upgrade? Didn't. Question or Issue I paused my Teams subscription in October (don't want to pay $600 for 3 licenses when I only need one - way to rip off solo medical providers, Dropbox). Today, I had a charge through my PayPal account for $199. Why was this charged when I paused my subscription and currently only have Basic through my personal account? I cannot enter info through the billing info request form since it requires credit card info (see: Paypal), and of course it's impossible to talk to a real person since I downgraded.
Charged for a paid subscription I don't have and cancelled over a year ago
I haven't had a paid subscription for at least 15 months or more but I am still being billed. I have reached out and cannot stop the payments for a service that I cancelled at least 15 months ago. I currently have an unpaid basic plan that is debited from my bank account monthly. I don't see where to attach files but I can provide directly to a specific person.
