Enable Photos tab for Business Account
Hey guys, I have a personal and business Dropbox account. My personal account has a Photos feature that allows me to browse all photos found on my account. my business account does not have the Photos option. Is there a way to enable the Photos option on the business side? Personal Account level - Business Account Level - Standard

Dropbox modified filter for folders doesn't show modified date.
When I view my files and folders in my Dropbox account online, the "Modified" sort column will not show dates for any folders in my account. The column only shows two hypens for each folder instead of a date. The "Modified" column will show dates for FILES, but not for any folders. (I actually have 2 Dropbox accounts, and this problem happens in both of them). If I right click on a folder and choose "Folder Info," the correct Modified Date is shown in that popup for that folder, but for some reason it's not populating in the Modified column in the list of folders. I also suspect this is causing an issue on the file sync with the Windows desktop app, because my folders that I sync to my PC through the desktop app are not pulling the "Modified" date from Dropbox and are populating with today's date instead. The FILES I sync, however, do come through with the correct date applied.

Can't select iMac desktop "Pictures" folder to be backed up or synced.
Hello, when I started my 3 TB DropBox business trial last month I was under the impression I would be able to back up all my photos (over 1 TB) from my iMac desktop computer (not from my iPhone, which only holds a fraction of my photos). I have searched endlessly, please help. System: iMac desktop/OS Mojave 10.14.6. My photos library is located: Macintosh HD > users > home (my name) > Pictures (folder) > Photos Library. I also have other folders of photos that are not in Mac photos in there. See snapshot below: What I am doing: I am going to DropBox on the top bar of my computer > to my icon > preferences > backups > manage backup. Photos/Pictures is not a folder option. The only options are: Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, and Movies. I also tried going to my icon > preferences > sync > choose folders, and I get the same options I just mentioned above. Dropbox Business: Can't see team folders from applications with Dropbox access
Hi Dropbox Forum, I'm a Dropbox Business user. Everytime I use any program with access to dropbox, I can only see the personal folder (the purple one). I need access to the team folders (the blue ones) so I can get files that's shared within our whole team. Some of the programs are Backpack Studio, Synology, Akeeba backup and, from one of the big developers, Premiere Rush by Adobe. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Don't delete folder info and provide an export option for the data
I manage a business dropbox account. Our team utilizes the folder info function and have a lot of information there. I was just made away that this function is going away in 2 weeks!! We need either this function to remain or a way to export the data asap.

Backup to external drive of all dropbox files including those not synced to my computer
I have significantly more data in my professional dropbox account than is synced onto my computer hard drive (it would not all fit). I would like to make a complete backup of everything in dropbox (both files synced to my computer and also those only existing only in dropbox cloud right now. Combined, it is nearly 1 tb and 1000s of files. Is there a way to steamline this that does not require changing my current sync setting to my computer?

Excel for web: error 500
When I attempt to open Any office document (word, excel, powerpoint) in the web version from drop box, I get a login prompt for office then it puts me on a error500 internal error screen. this issue persists across all browsers (chrome, safari, firefox) and in incognito windows

Zip Folder Downloaded from Dropbox 'is invalid'
Hi there, I've just encountered an issue where by a large-ish zipped file i am trying to download (about 4GB in size) cannot be unzipped / extracted even though it appears to download successfully. Anyone encountered something similar? (For context, Dropbox had been working fine for me previously, as I use it exclusively for personal files (and for work i used Microsoft's One Drive). However, I am now using Dropbox Business for work (hence my personal Dropbox does not have a local sync to my computer) and I am trying to migrate all my personal Dropbox files to my local D drive on my computer.)
