Hi, I’m unable to log into my Dropbox account. When I sign in with the email I’ve used for years, it prompts me to sign up as if I don’t have an existing account. However, I have a paid subscription under this email, and my most recent payment was processed on 1/30. I have not received any emails about my account being deleted or deactivated. This is a business account that I rely on for daily operations, so I need access restored as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hi all -- our small organization is a long-time Dropbox user. As such, our file structure predates when Dropbox added Team folders. Currently, all shared folders and each staffer's individual folder is nested under MY folder (as I'm the admin) since that's how it used to work. I know I need to take the time to reorganize our file structure to work with team folders but had a few questions. (FYI we are currently grandfathered under an old Standard plan but I'm likely to change over to Business as it's the same price and has a few more features). I appreciate any feedback on the following questions. Can I move the existing folders out from under my folder and convert them into Teams folders, or do I have to create the equivalent Teams folder and manually move everything? Do people recommend having one main Team folder for a whole organization, and then create subfolders under it for different user groups, or do you recommend having a separate Team folder for each user group (for example, one team folder for all staff, one team folder for senior staff, or all nested together)? The "personal folder" that Dropbox Business creates -- as far as I can tell, unless I upgrade to Business Plus, I have no access to it as the admin. Which means if a staffer leaves, our organization loses anything they have stored in their personal folder? (Right now because I create a "personal" folder for them under My folder, we still retain access to those files when someone leaves). If I have no admin access, this makes me very uncomfortable as often people will save work files in their named user folder if it's something nobody else needs access to -- but it's still a work file and we want to retain it. People shouldn't be saving truly personal stuff on their work systems anyways. Is there any way to turn off the creation of this "personal folder" when you create a new user? Using the site version - the text I enter will disappear halfway through what I'm typing and I have to clear out the bar and start over. Happens to every user on my team and did not used to be like this. Really annoying and time consuming to do everything twice. I have 4 icence in my Basic plan. I recently created teh 4th licence and was charged for it. Without any prior warning by Dropbox. As soon as I realised I was charged, I deleted the 4th licence. Hi, hopefuly someone here can help as so far I have had a 30 email chain with support and no closer to solving the issue. We had a business account and needed to reduce the amount of team members....we did this but it downgraded us to only 1 team member and a basic account. For over a month now i have been trying to UPGRADE and PAY for a business account but the payment page just refreshes and doent do anything....it just shows the summary of the buy but it doesnt charge us or let us upgrade. I have tried on diff browsers, computers, different methods of payment and even in different countries and no use the payment link doesnt work. Nor does all the new links that DB send us for payment. Hi, I signed up for a trial version of the Business Plan, then I found that my personal account was accidentally deleted when I canceled the trial. Now I can't get it back, and it's telling me I have to wait 30 days to re-register. Can the account/files be recovered? How will this affect my subscription? Any help is much appreciated. I've seen someone else have the same issue as me and posted a question on the 23rd Jan. Since the Dropbox Sign templates have been moved app.hello.sign.com the function "create template link" is no longer available on Business accounts.
