Remove login or sign-up popup when sharing a link.
how do I get rid of this frustrating pop up when sharing a link with a client? We're a paid dropbox business member and I get a tonne of clients telling me they cant access the files because of this popup. Needs to able to be switch this off. I pay to have ability to share files externally so either make it free and keep the pop up, or let me turn it off. Running into the Issue of how do we manage multiple external users. managing external collaborators is a manual nightmare, requiring us to check each shared folder individually or parse unwieldy CSVs from External Sharing reports its driving us crazy
Filter Option: Add Filter Type For Content with Comment
When I'm collaborating with my clients, I usually have them comment on photos/videos, this way I can see what my clients think about the product. I would love to see Dropbox include an integration where we can filter the folder to show which content in a folder has a comment in it. Unless there is another way of doing this, please drop a comment; otherwise, I would love to see this feature.
Dropbox for teams: Advanced access control based on IP
For enterprise or business using drobox some data we would like to make sure is not leaving the office premises. My suggestion is to add advanced access control that will be based on IP of the request + Folder + user + Access Method (API \ Mobile App \ Desktop \ Web ...) + Action (Delete \ Upload \Update \ Download ) Scenario that it could help: Add a new desktop client that can sync all salary\finance folder only from specific IPs. From web allow only download file from specific folders . No upload to those folders)Ability to modify current folder settings from Admin Content view
When using the Content view in the Admin Console in a team/business plan: The buttons on the right sidebar which include Upload, New folder, and Show deleted files should include the ability to modify the current folder settings and sharing, just as can be done to the folder when looking at it from the parent folder's view. "Move", "Delete", "Manage access", "Download", and "Change sync default" could be made available without having to go back to the parent folder.
