I have a professional DropBox account and I'm working on a Mac, OS 12.5. I have several files that are sync'd locally that I would like to move off my hard drive and make online only. When I right-click on the folders, however, I'm not getting the option from the drop-down menu to make the files online only. Any suggestions? Morning All I have uploaded folders this morning and everyone within the Dropbox group have had an email from myself (via Dropbox) inviting them to edit said folder. This is the first time this has happened and my colleagues have made new folders after and no emails have been sent out. Support were less then helpful and I am sure it will be a silly setting I have hit my end, but could anyone please help? I have a new Macbook Air M3. I am new to mac. I have DB for Business. I have DB on macOS on File Provider. I opened an excel file in a shared folder and a system prompt came up asking me if I want to lock the file. I chose no and also selected the box to not show this prompt again. Well I want to show it again. I read I can reset the File System Warning options by going into the DB settings, then account, and press the option key. I need to hold option and see the box to "Reset File System Warning options". If I let go of option key it disappears. so while holding the option key I click on it and it looks to press (changes color) but there is no prompt like apply. Hi I have Windows 10 Enterprise installed on my computer and newer version of Dropbox. Following options are not available in my dropbox preferences while 2 of my colleagues have it. I already tried to uninstall/install Dropbox and have already up to date windows but still not showing. Can someone help? Hi there, Selective Sync has something going on with it. It won't let us select additional folders in the list available. It shows all the folders we have, but you cannot select them, the little tickmark in the checkbox won't tick. We are MS Windows 10 and 11 users.
