Morning All I have uploaded folders this morning and everyone within the Dropbox group have had an email from myself (via Dropbox) inviting them to edit said folder. This is the first time this has happened and my colleagues have made new folders after and no emails have been sent out. Support were less then helpful and I am sure it will be a silly setting I have hit my end, but could anyone please help? Like the title says, I have multiple business accounts as I have two jobs, both of which use Dropbox Business. Fortunately, they both provide me with computers so that I have one business app on each computer. My question is - is it possible to "link my personal account" to both of them? My company's business account is almost 5 years old and was created by a member of our team whose email account was deleted shortly after our dropbox was created. We have no admin access and have been able to somehow update our credit card information in the past but now are not able to. It was been impossible to actually talk to anyone at Dropbox. I keep getting the run around and I'm not sure what to do, everyone email and live chat I get automated messages or told someone will call me (who never does). Has anyone else had this problem and how were you able to resolve it? At this point I'm thinking about just migrating everything over to google drive but we have so many files on our DB i'm not even sure if I would be able to. Hello, I have 2 linked accounts. one personal and another one which I believe is a (free) business account - I opened it years ago, and I have a folder named "[my businedd] Team Folder" that has some sample projects in it. Today I opened Dropbox on my home computer, and then the 2nd account unlinked itself on all my devices, including my android. Now I can't sign back into it without sign out of my personal account. Whenever I'm trying to sign in as linked account I get a message said: "Sign in to a team account". Please help me to solve this out and to re-have my 2 accounts linked. Hi all, I'm afraid I mistakenly linked two business teams or accounts when accepting a shared folder. I can't seem to find any information on unlinking the two teams. I can't link my Team Account to my Personal Account. On MacOS, if I attempt to "Add Team Account" using the app or a web browser, it brings me to a web page that says "Sign in to link your team Dropbox", and when I enter the email address for my Team Account (a Business Account) it says "Single sign-on enabled", but when I click "continue" it just says "something went wrong" (not helpful or informative), and I cannot proceed any further. I can log into my Team Account via a web browser, but I cannot link the two accounts, and I cannot get the Team Account to function via the app. Note: previously I WAS able to link my Team Account, although every time I shut down the computer the Team Account became unlinked and I had to repeat the "Add Team Account" procedure. But about 1-2 weeks ago, the procedure no longer works; attempting to link the Team Account now leads to a differently-appearing web page than previous, and the result is unsuccessful as described above. Also note: this same problem has happened in the past -- i.e., I was able to link accounts, then I could not, then after a couple weeks I could again, and now once again I cannot.
