In powerpoint, when I add a Vimeo video link it does not work when when using DocSend link.
Hey everyone, I am desperate for some advice here as Dropbox support has failed me. In powerpoint, when I add a Vimeo video link to an image it does not work when uploaded and viewed as a docsend link. - It does work in Microsoft Word! This tells me that thee Vimeo link is functional but there is something native to powerpoint that is failing. - It did work on powerpoint about three weeks ago - I tried to adding the video link on powerpoint from a different computer and it still didn't work - The Vimeo video is set to public so it's not a permissions issue Somebody please help. DocSend Partner program
Hi folks, I am part of the DocSend Partner Program through my accelerator and am receiving a discount. You can see from this blog post that I should be able to get discounted pricing for Dropbox. [Quote from blog: "Founders associated with any investor, accelerator, or startup community that participates in the DocSend Partner Program will now be eligible for Dropbox for Startups."] Despite having a recently activated DocSend discounted subscription, I cannot find any information on how to get access to discounted Dropbox services. The dropbox page at https://experience.dropbox.com/lp/startups is utterly unhelpful for someone who is part of the DocSend Partner program. It only provides referring your VC/Accelerator to Dropbox but that's pretty useless for any VC/Accelerator who is already part of the DocSend Partner Program, isnt it? Can anyone help figure out who to contact to help get Dropbox set up? Looks like this initiative was announced but maybe never launched/followed-through by dropbox?

Downloading document as PDF from DocSend
Our team is a bit annoyed that they can't seem to download signed documents from DocSend in PDF format; they always come as .zip files with certificates. Is there any way to toggle an option to download the signed documents themselves as PDFs? This is making our filing more cumbersome. The system these files are going to will not accept zip files, so the extraction is just an extra step for every single contract.

I'm paying annually for an Essentials plan with you. Currently, I'm paying over $400 CAD per year. Between your discontinuing Vault and now discontinuing Send & Track, you're removing features that I've paid for and are also features that influenced my decision to go with Dropbox Essentials in the first place. I don't see you offering to reduce the price of my current plan that you're removing features from. In the e-mail I'd gotten about the Send & Track discontinuation, you offered a promo code for 3- months free of DocSend Personal. How nice of you, eh? How nice to offer me 3 months free of a service that I'd already paid for, you took away, and are now forcing me to pay for again to keep using! At the low low price of an additional $120–180+ in addition to the $400+ that I'm already paying you per year. 🤬 Seriously, what is going on with Dropbox as of late‽ Clearly, it's time we all start looking at alternative service.

DocSend being used to impersonate me for phishing
Dropbox DocSend has allowed a bad actor to send a phishing email to hundreds, if not thousands, of email recipients, purportedly from me. I reported this to Dropbox immediately using the link in the email and received no response. It is now 5 days later and "The Dropbox DocSend Team" sent a reminder email out. Can you assist in stopping this?

I created a Dropbox account, but I got an email from DocSend asking me to verify my email address.
Dropbox Plan (Basic) Are you a Team Member or Admin? (Neither) Do you have access to the email linked to the account? (Yes) Are there any devices connected to your Dropbox account? (Home PC) Hello, I just signed up for DropBox basic and I got an email from DocSend Support asking me to verify my email. I want to confirm this is a legit email and not a scam before I proceed. When I click on the information the email is from mailto:support@docsend.com My cousin also set up a DropBox basic account and she sent me a file and I did get an email that she sent it to me. I am going to watch the Get Started videos before I open the document. Thanks

How do I see the email that was used to submit the file? In the file link, they are asked to put their name+email. As part of the naming convention, I can see the name but I need access to the customer's email as well to send a follow-up..
